Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of training more than 80,000 financial professionals in subjects ranging from debt elimination, taxes, and stock market strategies to real estate, insurance, and estate & foundation planning. I’ve authored two books—one on debt elimination and another on real estate investing—and had the opportunity to work with Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad franchise.
Abused by the SEC and The State
Through making the mistake of trusting the wrong people and getting scammed by others, my mortgage company (around 2008) was unable to pay its debts as scheduled. I was them abused by the SEC's misuse of power, defamed by a fake news story and wrongfully incarerated... my constitutional rights, on multiple occasions, were severly violated. Abandoned by my attorneys (because I was out of money) I was left unable to defend myself and unable to access my evidence. I was eventually coersed into a plea to fraud "without intent" over a civil, business matter of non-payment of a debt. The paperwork I agreed to was then switch with the court and I was denied a copy. After 2 1/2 years of incarceration, I was able to receive a copy and I won an appeal by a higher court. I then tried to re-address the issue with the original court, in which the judge threatened me, saying that if I kept fighting my case, he would give me more time in jail. This wrongful incarceration denied me the ability to collect the money owed to me and to my clients and allowed the scammers to ultimately get away.
Sometimes justice is not served in this life, but ultimately the truth will set you free. The physical world can take everything from you at times, but it cannot take: what you know, your experiences, the wisdom you gain and your happiness.
